Kalis Poem
Within the bowels of my deepest groaning
Howl the black dogs of Sirius
Shadows of inky forlorn lust
Awakened within the cosmic heart
Beating
Blood filled and ravenous,
These moans of ecstasy
Scintillating their drippings
In starlit sky.
The dance and flicker
Of her twinkling eye
Gazing down
Into the pitch of my memory
Piercing its ebb and flow
This silver river
Flowing within
Twin orbs
Mirrors of my soul,
Diaphanous jewels
Eclipsed within
The fiery blue embrace
Of Sothis.
